Good Nutrition Can Lead to Desired Weight Loss

Posted by Ultraperform June 9th, 2009

Personal body image invariably involves how we view our physical selves, and how we perceive others see us.

We are constantly bombarded with advertisements, depicting perfectly-proportioned men and women, who seem to be enjoying themselves tremendously. The message: if only you could control your eating habits you could live the good life too.

Good nutrition, as it applies to our daily lives means that we take in what we need, to maintain our body’s healthy state. Nutrition has become an important word thanks to the involvement of the USDA in our daily food requirements, and the FDA’s involvement in determining what is, and is not, dangerous for us to consume. Ways To Tell A Guy Likes You: 5 Reliable Signs Of Male Attraction

Posted by Ultraperform May 7th, 2009

by: Michael Lee

Listen up, girls! You don’t have to waste precious time biting your fingernails or converging with your friends to figure out whether a guy is interested in you or not. There are ways to tell a guy likes you; and lucky for you, I’m sharing these tell-tale signs right now from a guy’s (and master persuader’s) point of view.

Aside from buying you a drink or introducing himself face to face, there are other ways to tell a guy likes you. They include either of the following:

1. Raising of the eyebrows

When a man sees a girl he likes, his immediate reaction is to raise and lower his eyebrows. It usually happens very quickly, so most women don’t really notice it. However, knowing what you know now, I’m sure you’ll have an easier time catching this tell-tale sign.

2. Closeness of space

One of the reliable ways to tell a guy likes you is by how close he’s sitting or standing next to you. If a man is interested, he’ll make sure there’s not much of a distance between your bodies.

For example, if you and your friends all decide to go out for dinner, the guy who likes you will most probably try to take the seat next to you or across from you.

3. Teasing of friends

When a guy likes another girl, his friends will most likely tease him about it. So don’t take his friends’ jokes too lightly. You’ll never know what hidden message they contain.

Of course, it’s also best to keep up appearances. Don’t let them know that you’re onto them, so you’ll have more time and opportunities to decipher what the teasing is really all about.

4. Enlargement of pupils

One of the dependable ways to tell a guy likes you is when his pupils enlarge. If you’re close enough, you can see just how much a person is into you.

Likewise, if his pupils are narrow, then he probably doesn’t fancy you that much. Try looking at your own pupils in the mirror, so you’ll know what kind of reaction you’re supposed to be looking for.

Note: Pupils enlarge in a dark room, and become smaller in a bright room. So consider these factors too when interpreting his level of attraction to you.

5. Sudden nervous habits

Guys tend to become nervous around girls they admire. So if a guy friend suddenly becomes a klutz around you, or if he finds himself stuttering and unable to form coherent sentences, then you know what I’m talking about.

These are just some of the proven ways to tell a guy likes you. You can use these methods to figure out your next move, without the risk of embarrassing yourself or the other person.

My Xcellerator and Healthy Living Experiences (part 21)

Posted by Adam Tageldin April 13th, 2009

Hello everyone! Someone inadvertently reminded me that I have not updated my blog in a while. I have been working out sporadically. I have been taking Xcellerator off and on depending on when I need a bit of extra energy to get through the shows or to do the long drives. I went out of town for about a week to CEO Space for a business educational and networking event and I went to a trade show. I did exercise once out of town, but I did not make the time for it. It is just an excuse. The following week I became sick. I have skipped using my Ultimate Greenzone and Berry Healthy for several months and with regular use I have not had a cold for about three years. You can find the Ultimate Greenzone and Berry Healthy right here on our site at http://www.ultraperform.com/index.php/buy-natural-health-products . I highly recommend it to feed your body and brain. I had the cold/flu for about a week and then came out of it nicely. I am taking my Greenzone and Berry Health regularly and feel so much better from it and energized.

Yesterday I went snowboarding for the first time all season. It was great! It was sooo beautiful and sunny up there. I took an Xcellerator right before we got up the mountain to have that little burst of energy.

Today I ate… I made a shake in the late morning with Organic Apple Juice, Ultimate Greenzone, Berry Health, and Elite Protein. This is my usual breakfast most of the time and helps me feel complete and ready to take on my day with a smile and a skip in my step. I also had a bowl of Honey Combs. Not the best thing to but into a health diet but when I saw it the other night at grocery store it called to me. I also had two burritos meat and veggie burritos(homemade) a small plate of pasta with parmesan cheese melted on top. For dinner I have Café Med, Yummy, a plate of Basmati Rice, a skewer of chicken and ground beef, some tomato and water. Oh and I had a nice Garden Salad before this. After dinner I have Black Tea with Cardman, half-half and 4 packets of raw sugar. I would never normally use four packets of sugar the waiter gave a huge to go cup.

I went to the gym at 11:00 tonight, very late but I love the fact that with 24Hr fitness if you didn’t get a chance to get your workout in you still can. There where several people there in the same boat apparently. I do my streches, crunches, 40 push ups and then I work on my arms.

  • 1 set of 15 reps 50lbs. For triceps, pull downs
  • 1 set of 6 reps 80 lbs. For Triceps, pull downs
  • 2 sets of 10 reps 70 lbs of the curls with the straight bar
  • 1 set of 10 reps of 30 lb. Curls
  • 1 set of 6 reps of 35 lb. Curls.
  • 1 set of 10 reps with 10 lb and then 15 lb. Triceps over my head one arm
  • 2 sets of 3 lbs. Arm throws, 3 different positions several times until I am tired.( I think this really tones up my arms and helps with stamina and cardio!)

I do my stretches and come back to work on the computer a bit. Late night.

My Xcellerator and Healthy Living Experiences (part 20)

Posted by Adam Tageldin March 3rd, 2009

I have not exercised this week. Shame on me. I also only went twice last week since my gym partner was out of town. Regardless I should have gone. I plan on going later today. My strength and energy are definitely up. I also have much better muscle tone. I still seem more tired at night. I used be able to work out mostly at night but lately I have been lazy or I focus on work instead and my step-son. Night time was always my catch if I had not been able to make it any other time I would go at night to catch it before the “day” was over. Sometimes I would workout as late as 1100pm. I may have to bring that back if I plan on getting back to 8% body fat. I miss being compared to David!

Breakfast – Muslix and soy milk, Organic Apple Juice and Green Superfood, http://www.ultraperform.com/index.php/buy-natural-health-products, You can get Ultimate Greenzone here. It rocks!

Lunch- Country White bread, peppered Turkey slices and Colby Jack cheese, mayonnaise and water.

My Xcellerator and Healthy Living Experiences (part 19)

Posted by Adam Tageldin February 26th, 2009

I have not updated in a while. I have been working out regularly and eating well the past few weeks. I feel much better and my stamina has increased drastically. My energy levels are much higher then they used to be without any extras. Xcellerator will get me through the mornings when I seem to want to sleep more and more and not go to the gym but I make it.

Today my diet consisted of: 8:00pm Dinner at Thai Lotus, Chicken with broccoli and steamed white Jasmine Rice, water and four chocolate dinner mints.

A snack of 2 French toasts and some hash browns and egg(from our yesterday breakfast meeting) a flour tortilla with lots of 2% Sharp cheddar cheese and a slice of roast beef. Lunch a had school lunch at my step-sons school with a round personal size pizza(cheese), apple sauce, a cup of salad, a piece of a nectarine and a bit of a yucky bread stick. Breakfast I had a banana and a Mcdonlads biscut and egg and cheese with one extra egg.

I plan on taking a new picture of me and checking out my body fat soon in the next few days.

My Xcellerator and Healthy Living Experiences (part 18)

Posted by Adam Tageldin February 7th, 2009

Well it has been a while since I have updated my site. Sorry, about that. I have been working out regularly, I have my bench up to 280lb. Now. I have not been taking any Xcellerator for the past week just to see how I feel. I have been eating well.

Today I have had 4 pancakes, 1 ½ turkey sandwich with mayonnaise, mustard, avocado, Swiss cheese, on a white sub-marine bread. Also a side salad, this is all made at home. I also had a cup of Oregon Chia Tea.

My Xcellerator and Healthy Living Experiences (part 15)

Posted by Adam Tageldin January 21st, 2009

Yesterday I went to the gym. I ran 25 minutes on a machine that I will have to get the name on but it was cool. Kind of a stair master mixed in with elliptical . I would call it a “lunge machine”. I then worked on my legs:

  • 2 sets of Calf Presses195 lbs and the next 205 lbs 15 Reps/times.
  • 2 sets of Machine Inclined Squats at the same 195 lbs. and 205 lbs.
  • Leg/Thigh Curls 2 sets 11 reps/times each 105 lbs. My legs where burning in this area so much maybe I will try less weight next time.
  • Leg Curls/Lay down 15 reps/times 105 lbs. 2 sets
  • Ankle curls 30 reps/times 30 lbs. 2 sets. This is where I sit in the lay down machine and curl with my toes to strengthen my ankles.

I then hit the hot tub and sauna and take off.

I eat and drink…

  • 1 cup of Organic Apple Juice with my protein mix
  • 1 egg and cheese biscuit from/3 McDonald’s
  • ½ egg salad sandwich and some fries
  • 1 Glucose Water. (Gave me some energy and tasted yummy) I have been dehydrated lately and not drinking enough water.
  • 1/3 lb. All Natural Angus burger with season all cooked in butter and some spaghetti
  • 1 bowl of Frosted Mini Wheats

That’s all I had yesterday, not as much as I usually eat. I notice that sometimes I will feel the effects of Xcellerator on days that I do not use it.
